One of the latest maxi skirts was made with 100 % rayon thread. My local yarn shop has received it from producer by mistake and it was the only shade available. I’m not sure whether the colour settings of your screen show it correctly, but I loved this pale aubergine rayon thread from the first sight.
Skirt features several sheer panels, so my slip in burgundy colour was a great match.
 
 
Winter photo-shooting took not a long time, the snow was already melting because of mild temperature in this time of the year. Sure enough I was glad to wear pullover afterwards : )).
I’m going to make a couple of photos in summer, so far I have tried it as a strapless dress at home to see how it would look. Not bad at all, I think, but straps would give an accomplished look. As a maxi skirt it does looks better and I have several suitable top tanks and jacket to wear with.
  – here I have wrapped myself into a pink piece of material instead of slip.
